Any defects in the paint completed on our work order number, such as discoloration, fading and/or peeling, does not include rock chips and or other damages caused after pick up. Any defects in workmanship on body repairs are subject to a 3 year warranty. All parts replaced are subject to the manufacturer's warranty or guarantee. This guarantee shall not apply to any parts, workmanship or materials which have been subjected to misuse, neglect, road hazard or accident, or which have been altered or adjusted by anyone other than Maranello Auto Refinishing Ltd. Maranello Auto Refinishing Ltd's liability under this guarantee is strictly limited to the repairs performed and to the original owner at the time the repairs were performed and must be signed by the proprietor. All guaranteed work must be accompanied with a repair order invoice. We do not guarantee rebuilt parts, re-chromed bumpers or rust.”
